Our Franchise Story
For much of our career, we operated within one of New Zealand’s most recognised building franchises. It was a period we’re proud of. It helped us build a strong reputation, deliver quality homes, and support many Marlborough families in achieving their dream of home ownership.
Over time, we began asking ourselves a simple question: were the additional costs of the franchise model delivering real value for our clients, or simply adding expense to their homes? The answer became clear. The relationships, trust, and local knowledge our clients valued most came from our team here in Marlborough, not from a head office hundreds of kilometres away.
So we made the decision to go independent.

The People Behind Your Build

Known for his hands on approach and commitment to quality, Dallas works closely with clients throughout the entire building journey.
A long-time Marlborough local and former volunteer firefighter with the Blenheim Fire Brigade, he is passionate about building homes and supporting the community he proudly calls home.
Hayley Turoa brings 8 years of experience in the architectural design industry to Living Solutions Marlborough, combining technical knowledge with a strong focus on thoughtful, practical, design-led homes. As a qualified Architectural Designer, Licensed Building Practitioner and a member of ADNZ, Hayley has the experience to guide clients through the entire new home journey: from the first ideas and initial consultation, through design development and documentation, to seeing their new home come to life.
Joining Living Solutions Marlborough as the exclusive designer and new home consultant, Hayley is the face and dedicated point of contact for clients throughout the process. Her background in architectural design means your home is considered as a whole from the very beginning – not simply selected from a plan, but shaped around your site, lifestyle, budget, and the way you want to live.
By bringing the design and new home consultant process together, Hayley can help make the journey clearer, more personal and more seamless, giving you confidence that the details have been considered before you reach the building stage.
